Areas of Specialty: Variable income employees (large commission or bonus compensation structure, employer share compensation plans), self-employed individuals, incorporated small business owners, planning for young families, 30 and 40-something handling their parents' estates, couples blending their finances. In all my areas of speciality, "HENRY" Canadians (High Earners, Not Rich Yet).

I help Gen X&Y Canadians make sense of their money so they can feel in control of their finances. My goal is to help 30 and 40-somethings live their lives without the added stress of money!

In my over 16 years of hands-on experience working with Canadians, I gained valuable, real-life knowledge of the financial industry in Canada. I recognized people in my generation had trouble finding financial advice that actually helped them, because they didn’t have “enough” money for the banks to care enough about them…

So in 2018, I left my bank salary, benefits, and pension behind so I could help a younger demographic with their finances in a way that makes more sense for them. I help my clients get organized, understand their money (where it is now, where it's going, how it's taxed), and balance living life today while "doing the right things" for tomorrow.

My clients are busy raising young families, advancing their careers, or building businesses. They just don't have the time or energy to focus on their finances the way they know they should- and I don't blame them! So I help sift through the noise, understand what's important, and take action to move forward.

I like to think of myself as part money coach, part (unofficial) therapist, but all financial planner. I realize this approach to money isn’t for everyone, but it creates trusting relationships with clients, so I wouldn’t have it any other way!
